II Dépenses
Les dépenses sont composées de(spendings

1°) Dépenses obligatoires automatiques. Mandatory spendings

2°) Dépenses de première nécessité, consommation courante.
Vital consumption of non durables goods such as food, clothing,
healthcare, transportation.
3°) Dépenses d'investissement. Investment which starts to exist
beyong the minimum level of survival. That is above the minimum
wage.
